Returns & Exchanges

All Arcana 7 clothing is individually printed to order especially for you. Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or where an incorrect size or colour has been selected.

Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order, as sizing may vary between different garments and styles.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrectly printed, or you receive a different item or size from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide your order number along with clear photographs showing the problem so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
